What This Call Actually Is

This is not a marketing review or a sales conversation.

We are isolating a specific moment inside a normal visit where a ready person becomes uncertain.

If that moment cannot be identified, no evaluation is recommended.

Before the call, recall three real situations:

  • A day people joined easily

  • A day people hesitated without explanation

  • The last time someone said “I’ll think about it”

    • We will reference actual events, not hypotheticals.
